Our Villages

The homes

Our homes in the village estate are built  in accordance to eco friendly architectural guidelines that promote passive solar house designs featuring rainwater & greywater harvesting systems.

Food

To help combat food insecurity, both in quantity and quality, improve community health through better nutrition, minimize the carbon footprint and reducing the travelled distance to seek food, we have organic food gardens  including an orchard where all can access fresh produce for free.
Our food gardens are maintained using permaculture design  principals where there  is an approach to land management and settlement design that adopts arrangements observed in flourishing natural ecosystems.

Waste Management

Bantulands Eco Village use waste management solutions to reduce our carbon footprint and to live in a healthy atmosphere. Our aim is to recycle, compost and reuse where possible. Our village works closely with recycling organisations that will help us minimise waste.

Leisure and Recreation

We advocate for recreational activities in nature as much as possible without disturbing the natural existing fauna. This will be achieved through creating: Nature Trails, Fishing Dam, Picnic Spots and a natural playground for children.

Leisure facilities include: Courtyard/Tea Garden, Communal Pool, Multi purpose sports court and a clubhouse.
